    By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    Description of Service

    Our platform connects homeowners with licensed contractors through AI-powered matching. We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors.

    User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

    Contractor Listings

    Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including licensing, certifications, and service areas. We verify license information where possible but do not guarantee its accuracy.

    Contractor Subscription Plans & Pricing

    ProMatch offers subscription tiers for contractors, including a free Basic plan and paid Premium plan(s). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the recurring charges associated with that tier.

    Pricing is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features included in each tier, or introduce new tiers. In the event of a pricing change:

    • We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account.
    • Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.
    • If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may downgrade to the free Basic plan or cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
    • Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

    Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided upon cancellation. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

    Prohibited Conduct

    • Providing false or misleading information
    • Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
    • Attempting to circumvent the platform for direct solicitation
    • Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws

    Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of contractor services. Users engage contractors at their own risk and should verify credentials independently.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
